Balloon Release

Throughout 2012, the Historic Downtown Program will be releasing helium-filled balloons into the sky. If you find one, be sure to inform us. The person who finds the furthest balloon will win a prize.

 Heritage Hall

Heritage Hall can be rented for weddings, receptions business meetings, productions, and performances of any sort. The Hall has outstanding hardwood floors and a peaceful feel. Limited kitchen and restrooms are available, too.

 Sponsors & Benefits

When a business joins Rising Sun’s Historic Downtown Program they become a Sponsor, and they’re eligable for many benefits. These include access to grants and loans. You'll get a discounted rate on Heritage Hall. Also sponsors will have access to marketing assistance and secretarial services.
